Founder and President
Anna has worked for the past 35 years to improve the lives of some of Africa’s most disadvantaged and vulnerable populations. Through project management with nonprofits like Action Aid, the Norwegian Refugee Council, the International Rescue Committee and Women’s Commission for Refugee Women and Children, Anna has worked in Mozambique, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya and Rwanda and her native Malawi with refugees and others affected by armed conflict, people living in extreme poverty, and people living with HIV/AIDS. In recognition of her empowering work with women in Malawi, she was the first recipient of Whole Women Healing Award: “Women of Compassion Award for 2007”.
Administrator
Supports the department of finance & administration in daily operation by maintaining, accounting records, human resource management and producing financial reports & statements.
Women and Youth
Increasing the capacity of women and youth groups to make choices and transform those choices into desired actions and outcomes.
HIV & AIDS coordinator
Offering assistance to Kwithu kids and various groups of individuals such as the elderly, children and people with mental health challenges, people with development disabilities and persons struggling with addiction in Luwinga ward.
Chairlady
Ensures that the Management functions properly, that all relevant matters are discussed and that effective decisions are made and carried out.
Edu. coordinator/Social Worker
Strengthening education support, partnering with key stakeholders, sports and health initiative, preparing the young to educate themselves throughout their lives.

Works with clients to determine achievable, actionable goals and plans to meet them. Intervene in crisis situations involving abuse, mental health, emergencies or trauma.
Head of ECD
To equip pupils with skills necessary for their personal, social, health and economic development and to ensure that the program meets the children’s social, emotional, educational and health needs.
Afterschool Tutor
Guiding teachers on matters concerning teaching and learning.
